RJM Architecture is a full-service architectural firm offering services spanning from design to engineering and assistance with field support. Our accomplished team executes all services in a timely and efficient manner to meet each individual client’s needs. Working with an AutoCAD system that is specifically designed to accommodate the housing industry, we are accustomed to code, current construction practices, water intrusion prevention, premier customer service, and so much more. We offer assistance to clients with design, marketing, and building departments as well.
Rob
PRINCIPAL / OWNER
Rob is the Principal / Owner of RJM Architecture. He received his Bachelor of Architecture from Drexel University and has over 18 years of experience in the industry. Rob specializes in Residential Architecture. When he’s not working, Rob loves spending time with his family. Rob’s personal motto is “It always seems impossible until it’s done”.

Melissa
OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR
Melissa is the Office Administrator of RJM. She is the jack of all trades! Melissa received her Administrative Assistant Certificate from The Cittone Institute in 2002 and has over 15 years of professional experience as Sales Operations Specialist / Team Lead. She also earned her diploma from the Art Institute of Philadelphia for Baking and Pastry. When Melissa’s not working, she loves baking, spending time with her family and friends (human and fur) and tackling the next house project. Melissa’s personal motto is “Life is too short to be anything but happy, so take chances and never have regrets”.

Ryan
PROJECT MANAGER
Ryan is the Project Manager at RJM Architecture. He received his Bachelor of Architecture from Philadelphia University and has over 12 years of experience in the home building industry. Ryan specializes in design and construction of Residential Architecture. When he’s not working, Ryan loves spending time with his wife and working out. Ryan’s personal motto is “Anything worth doing, is worth doing well”.

SENIOR ARCHITECTURAL ASSOCIATE
Nick is an Architectural Associate at RJM Architecture. He received his Bachelor’s Degree in Architectural Engineering from Penn State’s College of Engineering. Nick specializes in construction management and homebuilding, bringing experience from companies like Walt Disney World and Toll Brothers. When Nick is not working, he enjoys exercising, cooking or trying new restaurants, and is always looking for the next best show to watch.
